One thing we can't do by email: give you legal or financial advice, or tell you whether to sign your specific loan. For that, please talk to your lender, a licensed attorney, or a HUD-approved housing counselor (free).
Want to help us test?
We're improving Home Advocate using real (anonymized) examples. If you've recently gone through a closing and are willing to share your Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure with all personal information removed (names, addresses, account and Social Security numbers blacked out), we'd be grateful. It helps us confirm the tool consistently catches the right things. Email us and we'll explain exactly what to redact — and we'll only ever use what you explicitly agree to share.
